Sessions
AAA Trampoline Club offers both Recreation and Competitive sessions throughout the week at both the Raich Carter Sports Centre in Hendon and the Sandhill Centre in Grindon.
Recreation sessions are open to all ages and abilities and offer the chance to compete in novice competitions, while Grade E+ Sessions are aimed exclusively at those competing at Grade E or higher in the National Graded Structure.
The Club also runs Parent & Toddler Classes and Double Mini Tramp Sessions (DMT) at the Raich Carter Sports Centre.
